2026-2027 Folk Song Club
CHAKCHAK Foundation is excited to introduce our brand-new Folk Song Club, a monthly gathering where music, language, and cultural heritage come together! Led by folk artist Daryana Antipova, participants will learn and sing traditional songs from communities across Eurasia while discovering the languages, stories, and cultural traditions behind the music.
The Folk Song Club is designed to be welcoming and participatory, so no previous musical experience or knowledge of the languages is required. Whether you love to sing, are curious about traditional music, want to experience new languages, or simply enjoy learning about other cultures, everyone is invited to join in.

Meet Your Song Leader
Daryana Antipova is a folk musician, vocalist, and percussionist whose work draws on the traditional music of the peoples of Russia and Eurasia. As leader of CHAKCHAK Foundation’s Folk Song Club, Daryana guides participants through the songs, sounds, and languages of the communities featured in the program, making traditional music accessible to singers of all experience levels.
